I prefer not to accept returns, wanting each garment to reach its new home in a pristine condition, but take these situations case by case, as I'm committed to the quality of my creations and want my clients to be happy with them. Fit My creations are made to fit well, and I take care in measuring each piece & providing these dimensions in the shop listings.. Please take the time to measure yourself properly before purchasing.. and inquire if alteration is needed, or if you have questions. I can alter things long distance or in person if you're able to come to the Bay area. The cost depends on how complex the alteration is & how much time it takes. Many adjustments can also be made by your local tailor. Care & Wear Due to the ephemeral nature of some of the fabrics used, all Gibbous garments should be dry cleaned for longer life. *None of these garments should ever enter a washing machine or dryer* However, many friends, clients (& myself) get away with gently hand-washing in cold water as well. Always hang dry.. & use a steamer (not an iron) if you want to remove wrinkles. The mix of stitches, fabrics, and layers create a textile landscape, & there is a natural settling of the layers as they wear. Different fabrics fade in different ways.. the garments change and grow with you as you wear them. If one of my creations needs mending or reinforcement (even many years after purchasing), don't hesitate to get in touch. I'm happy to do this for a small fee. I want these pieces to have long & happy lives. Shipping I generally ship once a week, and ship each package within a week of the payment clearing. Purchases within the U.S. can take from 3-8 days to arrive after being posted, depending on where you live. Please inquire before purchasing for international shipping. There are a few options available to you. For international orders or special shipping needs, such as express or specific carrier requests, please inquire before purchasing.
